Year 5 and 6 'Perform a Piece' auditions

Dear Parents and Carers,

I am writing to update you on our upcoming 'Perform a Piece' assembly, which is scheduled for 25th October during school assembly time. We are very excited about this event and look forward to providing an opportunity for the children to showcase their talents to their peers.

To allow our students the opportunity to demonstrate their skills, I will be holding auditions next week during lunchtime (week commencing 7th October). If your child is interested in auditioning, please can they come prepared to play or sing on the designated day. 

The audition schedule is as follows:

• Year 1 and Year 2: Auditions on Monday lunchtime 
• Year 3 and Year 4: Auditions on Thursday lunchtime 
• Year 5 and Year 6: Auditions on Friday lunchtime

Please remember that there is a piano available at school should your child wish to use it. 

I will call the children from the playground for their audition.

Following the auditions, a select group of children will be chosen to perform in our very first 'Perform a Piece' assembly.

I will communicate this the beginning of the following week.
